Executive Assistant role providing high-level support to the Director of Strategy, one additional Executive Director, and a Non-Executive Director, with responsibilities including diary management, communication, and administration.
Requirements
- Excellent diary management skills across multiple stakeholders
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the confidence to interact with Senior Leaders, Board Members and external stakeholders
- Previous experience of working in a confidential, sensitive and pressurised environment
- Ability to work with sensitivity and diplomacy, patience and confidentiality in dealing with a wide range of people
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to present well-reasoned influence over others whom the post holder may have no formal authority
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment and the ability to juggle priorities whilst remaining flexible
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and work to tight deadlines with a proactive and forward thinking approach
