We are looking for a Customer Success Enablement & Excellence Lead to strengthen the performance of our Customer Success organization.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Customer Success, Enablement, Learning & Development, Consulting or a comparable role.
- Proven experience in conducting training, workshops, and coaching formats.
- Secure handling of analytics and BI tools, as well as high data affinity.
- Experience in implementing structured working methods, ideally in CS or service organizations.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Secure German and English language skills.
