Mid-Market Account Executive

Nominal is a venture-backed company building software and data solutions for organizations that test and validate complex systems. They are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to deliver their vision of continuous testing to the industrial base, equipping engineers to deploy capability at scale. This pivotal role involves managing the full sales cycle, building the pipeline, and shaping the early sales team and its culture.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience: 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full cycle SaaS sales role selling technical software in the data management, AI / ML, or observability & analysis space.
• Solution seller: Thrive when it comes to complex solution selling and know how to pull together the right team across product, engineering, customer success, and more to get the job done.
• Technical fluency: Confidently speak about technical challenges, whether to systems architects or mechanical engineers.
• Hungry for results: Aggressive in seizing on opportunities and willing to roll up sleeves to build a pipeline and close deals.
• Dynamic leader & team player: A natural at leading and lifting those around you with a mix of humility, eagerness to learn, and empathy.
• Ready to roll: Willingness to travel to close deals.
