As a Global HR Business Partner (Service Operations), you will drive organizational design, change management, talent initiatives, and KPI reporting to ensure consistent execution of our strategy and standards. You will also lead global P&C processes and collaborate closely with local P&C teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (international environment).
- Strong expertise in organizational design, change management and talent management.
- Experience with global HR frameworks (e.g., job architecture, grading systems).
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities; able to manage complex, strategic initiatives.
- Proficient in HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced MS Excel.
- High level of business acumen; able to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across cultures and organizational levels.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
