Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the HVAC industry
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, air handling units, and industry standards
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth in competitive markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools
