Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of customers after onboarding
- Lead onboarding sessions and deliver product walkthroughs
- Understand customer goals and needs, and resolve issues proactively
- Monitor product usage and identify risks
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Handle multiple customer accounts and prioritize effectively
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve concerns and streamline processes
- Share customer insights and feedback to support product development
