Requirements
- Provide technical support by phone for various products, including Windows 10-11, Srv 2008 to 2022, MS Office (2010 to 2021), Outlook/Exchange, 2D/3D design software (CAO), and VPN.
- Encode and track intervention tickets in JIRA, ensuring efficient resource management.
- Handle common requests for resource management: unlocking AD/SAP accounts, updating Active Directory, managing access rights, and printing errors.
- Configure and maintain PCs according to defined procedures, adding, configuring, or removing software based on helpdesk tickets.
- Monitor backups and validate procedures related to ICT rooms, as well as system status via PRTG.
- Write documentation and procedures for administrative tracking of the IT park.
- Perform on-site interventions, including on-site office work, network/telephone patching, and user on/offboarding.
