Restaurant Manager (Terminal 5 Heathrow)

We are seeking a mature and accomplished Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Pilots, Heathrow Terminal 5, managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. As Restaurant Manager you will oversee all aspects of the day to day operations at Pilot’s Bar & Kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery, proactively seeking improvements and reacting to challenges as they arise.

• Commercial understanding and experience in recruitment and development of teams
