Job Description
A respected leader in the seeds production industry is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment and systems through effective maintenance strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the food and beverage industry or seeds plants
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in manufacturing
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
