Job Description
Onbe is a fast-growing FinTech company seeking a Sales Executive Senior Director to establish new partnerships with channel partners in the financial services space. The role focuses on delivering scaled distribution to Onbe and value to partners, leveraging their global reach and proprietary technology. Responsibilities include building partner relationships, negotiating deals, and driving sales through incentives and value-added solutions. This is a hybrid role working in Conshohocken, PA.
Requirements
- Develop a target list of high fit/high potential new partnerships.
- Establish relationships with multiple partner stakeholders.
- Assemble and lead deal teams.
- In line with partner priorities and go-to-market practices, ensure partner is equipped with scalable pricing models and product options.
- Lead pricing and contracting negotiations.
- Develop partnership plans and ensure alignment between partner and Onbe.
- Bring Onbe resources to the field and set partnership for long-term success.
