- Proven track record of leadership in data privacy, consent management, and data governance
- Deep technical expertise and exceptional strategic vision
- Experience in driving complex initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Passion for building scalable solutions that uphold the highest standards of privacy and compliance
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems, data architecture, and platforms such as Snowflake
- Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Proven success in building and scaling high-performing teams
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
