Job Description
OneMagnify is seeking a Senior Data Solution Leader to lead the international data management program for a client. The role involves strategic leadership, team management, customer partnership, data product architecture, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to translate complex data challenges into strategic solutions, strong technical acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in data strategy, product ownership, or technical leadership roles
- 7+ years leading enterprise-scale data initiatives
- Significant experience in managing end-to-end data solutions globally
- Advanced SQL scripting
- Python knowledge is a plus
- Strong knowledge of AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue)
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management tools
- Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Exceptional ability to influence at all levels
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
