Salesforce Developer (Fixed Term Contract)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Salesforce Developer to join our technology team based in Birmingham City Centre on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will play a central part in the development, setup, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform, and work closely with key internal stakeholders and collaborate with third-party providers to ensure continuous improvement and platform excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong proficiency in Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and scheduled jobs
• Proven experience building modern UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Confidence working with declarative tools (such as Flow) when a no-code solution is the right approach
• A good understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security considerations
