Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce Developer wanted to join our technology team at Birmingham City Centre offices. As a valued contributor to the wider business, you will help shape the way technology supports our people and the students we serve.

Requirements

• Delivering continuous Salesforce enhancements and new functionality in line with business priorities
• Overseeing day-to-day Salesforce administration and providing platform support to internal teams
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and implementing effective, scalable solutions
• Investigating data integrity issues, determining root causes, and ensuring sustainable resolutions are put in place
• Acting as the technical point of contact when collaborating with third-party development partners
• Leading walkthroughs and demonstrations of new features for both new and existing members of staff
