Job Description
The AI Deployment and Adoption team helps customers turn frontier AI into real business value. We are hiring a Value Realization Lead to own the definition, tracking, and achievement of business outcomes across our enterprise, education and government customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience creating and scaling value realization/consulting/engineering teams or a similar role
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience presenting quantified value to executives
- Experience with large scale AI, cloud, or digital transformation programs
- Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise telemetry, KPI tracking, or productivity measurement
