Job Description
OpenSesame is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team focused on growing the company through outbound activity. This role involves leveraging AI tools, engaging with L&D and HR leaders, and optimizing the SDR process to drive pipeline growth and a human-centered, AI-powered approach. The SDR manager will be responsible for scaling an outbound engine, developing talent, and redefining the outreach experience.
Requirements
- Build a foundational understanding of OpenSesame’s go-to-market strategy.
- Audit existing SDR processes and messaging.
- Assess SDR performance metrics.
- Conduct 1:1s with SDRs, AEs, and cross-functional partners.
