Job Description
The Vice President of Strategic Operations is a key member of OBI's Executive Leadership Team, responsible for advancing organizational strategy, quality, and mission impact.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, psychology, counseling, education, human services, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the disability services field
- Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) services and regulations
- Experience with Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) preferred
