Job Description
Opus Agency is seeking a Sr. Event Technology Project Coordinator to lead small-to-medium scale events and support digital event platforms. This role involves project management, client communication, managing attendee data, and coordinating workstreams within the event technology team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can independently manage projects and influence workflows.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelor's degree from four-year institution preferred
- Proven experience in coordination of projects or events
- Proficiency in digital platforms and tools (e.g., Rainfocus, Stova, Swoogo, Bizzabo, Cvent, Eventbase, Airtable)
