Job Description
Opus Agency is seeking a Sr. Event Technology Project Coordinator to lead on small-to-medium scale events and provide robust support on the attendee-facing digital platforms. This role focuses on event registration, session scanning, customer service, and managing onsite operations. The coordinator will collaborate with project managers, technical architects, and event teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in digital platforms (Rainfocus, Stova, Swoogo, Bizzabo, Cvent, Eventbase, Airtable)
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
