Cloud Support Engineer

Oracle is building the next generation IaaS cloud service and seeks a Cloud Support Engineer to troubleshoot customer issues, manage change requests, and act as a customer advocate. The role involves collaboration with various teams to improve customer experience and platform performance. This is a full-time position located in Japan.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues (Cloud/IaaS/PaaS/Database)
• Resolve technical issues via fastest support options
• Customer support, troubleshooting, and escalation
• Consult with customers on complex uses of Oracle products
• Work with large number of stakeholders
• Act as Customer advocate
• Work shifts including weekends and weekdays
