Oracle is seeking a Data Center Technician to support the operation of their data center. This full-time position involves hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ongoing training.
Requirements
- Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware
- Strong interest in learning new DC concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Shift schedule (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts).
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Experience solving problems on servers, networking devices and IT equipment
- Inventory management experience
- IT Hardware Concepts knowledge (RAID, SAN, SCIS, Linux/Unix, GRUB)
