As a Systems Analyst, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, resolve technical questions, and facilitate customer relationships with Support. You will work in a global delivery team in Hong Kong, delivering proactive and reactive technical support to customers, and assist in managing and maintaining environments based on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Requirements
- Proactively working with CSS customers to ensure successful deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle AI adoption
- Providing Assistance to service delivery team in critical situations
- Responding and resolving service requests within Key Performance Indicator targets
- Developing high quality, standard deliverables and methods to promote efficient service delivery
- Maintaining an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of new products released in the market
- Maintaining product expertise within own area of specialization
- Contributing to the continuous development of the team
