Job Description
As a Technical Analyst 3-Support, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while serving as an advocate for customer needs. You will resolve non-technical customer inquiries and provide technical support for Oracle's Electronic Support Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Analytics platforms
- Strong expertise in Hadoop ecosystem and Linux OS administration
- Experience with data integration tools and cloud data sources
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and vector databases
- Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting
