Orgvue is an organizational design and planning platform that empowers businesses to transform their workforce. The Mid-Market Account Executive will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal close, with a focus on mid-market organizations between 1,000 and 3,000 employees across North America. The role requires a self-aware, articulate, and motivated individual with experience in business development, sales, and/or pre-sales, and a proven ability to grasp complex business concepts.
Requirements
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through deal close
- Act as the BDE / BDR to develop and execute account and/or industry-based prospecting strategies
- Independently manage a book of new business for organizations between 1,000 and 3,000 employees across North America
- Learn our software, the pain points it solves, and be able to tailor the value proposition as it relates to each organization
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota, which is both value and volume based
