Job Description
Orgvue is an organizational design and planning platform that empowers businesses to transform their workforce by understanding the work people do and the skills they have. We're looking for a high-performing Strategic Business Development Executive with experience navigating complex enterprise environments and consistently setting meetings with senior decision-makers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise business development, SDR, or strategic sales support
- Proven success conducting outreach into Fortune 500 companies
- Demonstrated ability to set meetings with C-suite and senior executives
- Experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles
- Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Willingness to travel
