Job Description
Ottimate is an AI-powered AP automation platform seeking a Product Support Specialist. This role focuses on Level 1 customer support, responding to general inquiries and providing technical assistance. Collaboration with Level 2 mentors and oversight from the Support group are essential, with potential for expansion into other support areas based on business needs.
Requirements
- Advanced English level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer-facing support experience using ticketing systems (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Basic understanding of technical support concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with API and CSV data integrations
- Familiarity with Jira, Freshdesk, or similar ticketing systems
