Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing areas. This includes supervising work forces, prioritizing work requests, and ensuring parts availability. The role involves improving asset preventative maintenance, waste reduction, and maximizing reliability, contributing to the Fort Smith plant's operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 5 Years Industrial Maintenance Leadership Experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude, electrical experience preferred
- CMMS (SAP preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
