Senior Customer Service Representative

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide superior service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and coordinating customer requests. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of previous work experience in a customer service role
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
