Job Description
Paidy is a leading BNPL (buy now, pay later) service in Japan, aiming to spread trust through the use of real-time, automated payments. They are seeking an Assistant Vendor Manager to provide administrative support for managing vendor data, activities, and related correspondence. The role involves maintaining vendor records, handling cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This is a hybrid, fully remote role for Japan-eligible applicants.
Requirements
- Maintain updated information on current vendors and supporting documentation
- Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior management
- Manage costs, financial/legal reviews, and forecasts
- Support vendor management processes and communication
- Fluent English and Japanese
- Prior experience with vendor/procurement management
