Job Description
Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics and is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work on the AI Team. The role combines hands-on integration and workflow design with storytelling and customer credibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer role
- Strong technical fluency, including ability to reason about APIs, data schemas, and system integrations
- Experience with automation or AI-driven products, including browser automation, RAG, voice AI, etc.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, including ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
