Software Engineer - Agent Delivery

Pallet is hiring a Software Engineer - Agent Delivery to implement AI Agent platform inside the world's largest logistics companies. The role involves technical implementations, design and running proofs of concept, and integrating with customer systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Consultant
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, authentication, JSON schemas, logs, and integration patterns
• Experience with automation or AI systems
• Comfort building prototypes using Retool, Zapier, Make, Postman, or lightweight scripting
