Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management within Customer Service or high-performance teams
- Complete professional competence in the market language (Catalan is a strong point for the Spanish market)
- Strong operational mindset with experience in workload planning, SLA management and performance analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision
