Job Description
Parallel Wireless is seeking a Sales Director to lead order intake, revenue, and margin generation for Radio Access products and solutions in the Asia region. This role will build client relationships with MNOs and local government entities, shaping customer strategies and driving market share. The ideal candidate will be a strategic sales leader focused on fostering C-suite client relationships and technical consultancy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of local experience selling as personal contributor to local MNOs
- Proven record of sales success across Asia, with complex multi-stakeholder account management and negotiation
- Strong technical comprehension of RAN technologies, especially Macro radios, Massive MIMO, O‐RAN
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and stakeholder influencing abilities
- Ability to travel between the region countries up to ~50% of time
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical certifications an advantage
