Job Description
Crescendo is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to plan, roll out, maintain, inter-connectivity and troubleshoot cloud platforms. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and business process engineering, and some knowledge of modern scripting languages. The engineer will work with IT, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure platforms are secure and meet Crescendo standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience applying business analysis techniques and business process engineering
- Some knowledge/experience with modern scripting languages
- Good knowledge administering and configuring enterprise productivity or line of business platforms
- Knowledge of modern SaaS platforms and cross-platform integrations
- SDLC knowledge
- Knowledge of and experience applying structured IT change management procedures
