Requirements
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
- Demonstrated experience and high comfort with live phone support
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proven record of driving customer satisfaction and meeting performance standards
