Senior Account Executive (Miami)

PartySlate is seeking a Senior Account Executive to focus on expanding the membership offerings to leading event professionals and venues. This role involves driving new business, managing a pipeline, and consistently exceeding sales goals within a dynamic, rapidly growing marketplace. The ideal candidate is driven, collaborative, and highly organized.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Marketplace sales and/or event sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships through cold outreach and nurture them to closure.
• Skilled in conducting in-person and virtual meetings, with a persuasive communication style.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
