Make a difference in the lives of older adults!!! A leadership opportunity awaits an experienced & committed MDS Nurse/RN who is dedicated to providing quality service. The Director of MDS will oversee and audit MDS submissions, identify opportunities for improvement, and supervise the MDS Coordinators in the community.
Requirements
- MN Registered Nurse license
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Nursing standards of Practice and State/Federal regulations
