Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with Long Term Care (SNF) experience to assist clients with MDS 3.0 process and maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations, and industry standards of practice and professional practice guidelines.
Requirements

- Proficient in MDS 3.0
- AANAC Certification and/or willing go through training provided by Pathway Health Services
