Interim Director of Nursing

Pathway Health is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing to perform a full range of professional interim assignments, including assessing, planning, and implementing systems and processes, as well as training and selecting key management staff. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, three years of RN management experience in long term care, and excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Current RN license in state
• Three years of RN management experience in long term care (preferably)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service orientation
• Ability to build solid relationships with all levels of staff, interdisciplinary team, residents, and families
• Flexibility for travel
