Job Description
This BDR/Senior BDR role is focused on generating and qualifying sales opportunities for a client in the B2B SaaS industry. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a commitment to high-volume outbound prospecting. The BDR will work in a remote, U.S.-based client environment, aligning with prospect time zones.
Requirements
- Engage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, or events.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs and qualifications.
- Manage early-stage leads not yet ready for buying (BANT, MEDDIC, SPICED).
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Track lead stages, conversion rates, and opportunity outcomes.
