We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) offering, with a focus on selling embedded banking and card-issuing solutions to fintechs, platforms, and high-growth digital businesses worldwide.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience selling Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and/or Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) solutions
- Proven track record launching IBAN/safeguarding accounts, BIN sponsorship, or card issuing programs
- Experience structuring embedded finance or issuing partnerships with FinTechs, PSPs, or platforms
- Strong understanding of CDD/KYB, AML, safeguarding, and regulatory onboarding for regulated financial products
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder fintech infrastructure deals
- Strong stakeholder management
