Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within fintech/platforms, payment processing, high-risk merchant acquiring in emerging markets for APMs & cards
- Proven success in developing and executing effective sales strategies and meeting ambitious revenue targets
- Deep understanding of payment processing within high-risk verticals, merchant acquisition, chargeback and fraud mitigation, merchant of record (MoR) model and payment gateway technology
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale high-performance sales teams
