Peak Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of its apartment communities in multiple states. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a sharp eye for efficiency, and a proven track record of producing maximum cash flow.

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership and direction
• Must have a sharp eye for ensuring properties are operating at maximum efficiency
• Must be well versed with leasing, marketing, and analytical reporting
• Proven track record of producing maximum cash flow and improving the property's long-term value
• Ability to travel minimum 50% up to 75% of the time
