We are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the overall operations of our apartment communities in Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Kansas, and Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a sharp eye for efficiency, and a proven track record of producing maximum cash flow.

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership and direction
• Sharp eye for ensuring properties are operating at maximum efficiency
• Proficient with leasing, marketing, and analytical reporting
• Well-versed with Fair Housing guidelines
• Proven track record of producing maximum cash flow
• Ability to travel minimum 50% up to 75% of the time
