Peak Management is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the overall operations of our apartment communities in various areas of the United States. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a sharp eye for efficiency, and experience with leasing, marketing, and analytical reporting.

Requirements

• Exceptional leadership and direction
• Sharp eye for ensuring properties are operating at maximum efficiency
• Well-versed with leasing, marketing, and analytical reporting
• Proficient and well-versed with Fair Housing guidelines
• Proven track record of producing maximum cash flow and improving property value
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
