Job Description
Pearl is seeking a Bilingual Client Success Manager to provide excellent support to patients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience. The role involves managing patient onboarding, scheduling, and communication, acting as a liaison between patients, internal teams, and the company. The position is fully remote with overlap in EST working hours and requires a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or telemedicine.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk), scheduling tools, and patient management systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate patient-first approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and handling confidential health information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Familiarity with ADHD care, family support services, or behavioral health settings (desired).
- Strong communication skills in Spanish (preferred).
