Peasy is looking for an Insurance Head to take on the entire insurance domain and elevate their service delivery. The role focuses on building a scalable, digital, and human-centered insurance organization, with a focus on strategy, team leadership, and partner management. The ideal candidate will translate strategy into concrete results and ensure the organization meets quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Ownership & strategy: developing and executing a roadmap for insurance.
• Teamleadership: coaching, training, and managing a team of insurance specialists.
• Partnerbeheer: maintaining relationships with insurance partners and optimizing commercial agreements.
• Procesoptimalisatie: automating workflows with a focus on efficiency and customer experience.
• Digital first, human touch: utilizing technology to enhance customer experience.
• Compliance & quality: ensuring compliance with FSMA and IDD regulations, CPD and AML/KYC.
