Peasy is seeking an Insurance Head to drive the growth of their insurance organization. This role focuses on scaling the service level, building a digital team, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will lead the team, manage relationships with insurance partners, and translate strategy into results, optimizing insurance as a core growth pillar.
Requirements
- Ownership & strategy: work out and execute the roadmap for insurance, including objectives, KPIs and budget.
- Teamleadership: coach, train and lead the team of insurance brokers and specialists.
- Partnermanagement: maintain relationships with insurance companies and broker networks, optimize commercial agreements.
- Process optimization: digitalize and automate workflows (from lead to policy) with a focus on efficiency and customer experience.
- Digital first, human touch: utilize technology where it makes sense, human contact where it really makes the difference.
- Compliance & quality: maintain FSMA and IDD requirements, training for CPD, AML/KYC and complaints handling.
- Reporting & growth: report monthly to management about volumes, conversion, margin and customer satisfaction.
