Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Patient Services Representative to join our team and support the mission at People's Community Clinic.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum two years' experience working in a physician’s office or healthcare facility
• Experience with medical billing preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to interact successfully with people from a variety of backgrounds and abilities
• Basic computer literacy, including working with databases
• Working knowledge of electronic medical records and practice management systems
• Ability to multi-task in a high change environment
