Job Description
Director of Finance role for a venture fund of funds platform, overseeing financial operations, reporting, and fund administration. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or fund administration, with a deep understanding of fund accounting and partnership structures. CPA is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA required
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, fund of funds, or fund administration
- Deep understanding of fund accounting, partnership structures, and investment operations
- Experience managing audits, tax processes, and third-party service providers
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
